Summary: The lnside Sales Support position is responsible for supporting the Sales Department (Sales Managers and Sales Director) with daily sales support tasks, administrative tasks and sales order execution tasks in relation to the import and export of capital equipment goods and services. Responsibilities: -Regular basic administrative tasks: Organizing of travel for sales group and visitors, travel expenses reporting -well organized searchable/findable filing (electronic & hard copy), recording of meeting minutes and weekly -conference calls, compiling of reports for management (sales statistics, forecasts etc.), -thoroughness in follow-up -Regular inside sales tasks: - processing of incoming calls, mails, leads and enquiries - preparation of quotations and order confirmations including backups - performing of pricing/margin calculations - preparation/mailing of sales materials - input to and maintenance of CRM system Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree -At least three 3 years of inside sales support of capital goods, import and export. -MS Office including Excel, Word, PP, and Outlook -Experience using CRM, Salesforce -Experience using ERP, Oracle -Strong Math skills, able to apply it across different currencies and exchange rates, able to perform fractions, percentages, ratios and to draw and interpret graphs.
