Some of the duties of this role include, but are not limited to: General Office Support oAnswer phones oAssist sales team and other PMP office staff when appropriate. Database Management oUpdate and maintain PMP Marketing database. Sales Records Management oMaintain Field Sales Report files. DuPont Functional Discount oSubmit Discount Claims. Reports oDevelop and deliver weekly sales reports. Quote History Report. Outstanding Sales by Customer-Item Report oDevelop and deliver monthly sales reports. Shipments by Customer-item Report. KPI Analysis. Sales Support oCompile and prepare sales samples-brochures for distribution. Quotation Support oAssist with major quotation packages. Create Spreadsheet. Enter items into quotation system. Quotations. Copy and assemble. Other duties as assigned.df-mn
